FAQ-Sizing

What if I need to exchange or return my glerups?

No problem. You may exchange or return your online purchase for size, fit, or style reasons 45 days from date of purchase, provided it has not been worn or damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, washed or altered. We hope you will be very happy with your new product, however, if you need to make a change, any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returning your online purchase is easy, but first, please try your item on in your home until you are satisfied that it is the correct size for you. If you are unsure whether you have the correct size, please visit Shipping, Returns & Exchanges for more details.

glerups Canada does not offer price matching on sale items.

How do I know what size I am?

Please refer to our sizing chart below. glerups fit a bit snug at first, like a warm hug. They will give a little over time. If you have any questions about sizing that our chart does not answer, please contact us toll free at 1-855-443-8502 or please email us at service@glerups.ca.

How to properly measure the length of your foot

1. Place the heel against a wall.
2. Measure from the wall to the tip of your longest toe.

Note - One foot is often longer than the other, so use the measurement of the longest foot. For children add 10mm to the measured length, leaving room for small feet to grow.

My glerups are shedding, is that normal?

Yes, it is. They go through a “shedding” process, as the coarsest fibers work themselves out of the wool felt, much like the natural treatment they go through. This will disperse in a short while. Feel free to vacuum your glerups if you wish.

How do I wash my glerups?

Wool has the natural ability to clean itself and it is highly odour resistant. If you let your glerups have some air and the occasional rest (it won’t be easy!), they will maintain their original freshness. Should you feel a wash is necessary, please see our Product Care page.

Do my glerups need any maintenance?

Wool naturally has the ability to clean itself but may require some maintenance. This could consist of lightly vacuuming your glerups or simply let them have air and rest, they will keep fresh.

What is your Shipping policy?

All orders are shipped on business days only; Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.  For further details on when your order will ship, please call us toll-free at

  • For in-stock items, you should expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.
  • Expected shipping times indicate when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when an item will arrive at its destination.
  • Our shipping utilizes Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery services.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
  • On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.

Rates:

    1. Shipping rates include flat rate shipping on all and any products of any quantities using Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery service. Any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
    2. Upgraded Express Post shipping services are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote at toll-free 1-855-443-8502 or email service@glerups.ca.

What if I need to change my shipping address or make changes to my Order?

Sign into your online account and visit Order History to make edits to your shipping address or order.  We do endeavour to get you your order as quickly as possible and your order may already have been processed. If this is the case, you will not be able to make edits. Please visit the Shipping, Returns & Exchanges page upon receipt of your order should you wish to make a change.

Do you ship to the United States?

Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada.
