Glerups Extended Holiday Exchange/Return Policy

The Glerups Exchange/Return policy limit now stretches until January 13, 2020 for exchanges or refunds on any order placed November 1, 2019 or later. Please note this applies to unworn, boxed products purchased online only. We cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available for exchange. All exchanges are dealt with on a first come, first service basis.

Changes to your Order

We do our very best to accommodate requests for changes to orders. The holiday season is no exception. Please note, however, that try as we will, the large volume of orders placed during the season means we cannot guarantee changes.

Yes, there really is a shipping deadline!

Make sure your gift of comfy feet is delivered by December 24th. Please place your order no later than:

Canada Post:

    • Outside Ontario shipping by Monday, December 9
    • Inside Ontario by Wednesday, December 11

Purolator:

    • Ground Shipping by Friday, December 13
    • Express Shipping by Wednesday, December 18

UPS:

    • Standard Shipping by Friday, December 13
    • Express Shipping by Wednesday, December 18

Please note that placing your orders by the above dates does not guarantee delivery by December 24th. Weather and loss and/or damage by the carrier are beyond our control. The dates above reflect expected shipping times between major city centres; if you reside outside of a major city centre, delivery may take longer.
