Glerups Extended Holiday Exchange/Return Policy
The Glerups Exchange/Return policy has been extended until February 28, 2021 for exchanges or refunds on any order placed October 1, 2020 or later. Please note this applies to unworn, boxed products purchased online only.
We cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available for exchange. All exchanges are dealt with on a first come, first service basis.
Now offering FREE SHIPPING:
We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING with Canada Post Expedited Ground delivery service.
If you would like to select a paid shipping option, we also offer:
- UPS® Standard
- UPS Saver
These paid shipping options will be offered at the Checkout stage of your order and costs will be calculated based on your postal code.
We hope you will be very happy with your new product, however, if you need to make a change, any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: When calculating estimated arrival date, the day your order is shipped, is not an included business day.
All carriers have informed us that due to high volumes patience may be required. They are working overtime to get you warm and cozy ASAP.
Please choose your shipping method carefully as selecting faster shipping methods does not guarantee it will arrive without delay. Glerups Canada is unable to refund for shipping costs associated with paid shipping options (UPS, Expresspost etc.) as their delivery times are out of our control.

International - we do not ship any product outside of Canada. For international orders, please visit www.glerups.com
Shipping - item availability
For in-stock items, your order should ship within 1-2 business days depending on the season.
Orders do not ship same-day.
On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.
Email me when available
For certain out-of stock styles, we’ll take your email address and size and email you when the item’s back in stock. If you're on the product detail page of a particular item and you see a button saying “Email Me When Available,” simply click it, select the colour and size you are looking for and enter your email. We'll then email you when and if the item(s) come back in stock.
You may exchange or return your online purchase for size, fit, or style reasons 45 days from date of purchase, provided it has not been worn or damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, washed or altered.
