You may exchange or return your online purchase for size, fit, or style reasons 45 days from date of purchase, provided it has not been worn or damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, washed or altered.

Shipping

All orders are shipped on business days only; Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.  For further details on when your order will ship, please call us toll-free at 1.844.446.2995 or email us at service@glerups.ca

  • For in-stock items, you should expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.
  • Expected shipping times indicate when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when an item will arrive at its destination.
  • Our shipping utilizes Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery services.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
  • On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.

Please note: November 20th, 2017 to January 5th, 2018, Canada Post will only honour service guarantee claims for late delivery if an item is delivered two or more business days after the delivery standard. This adjustment will apply to Expedited and Xpresspost services.

Rates:

  1. Shipping rates include flat rate shipping on all and any products of any quantities using Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery service. Any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  
  2. There are no shipping costs for exchanged products being sent back to customers. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping of return product. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returned product coming to us from them. 
  3. Upgraded Express Post shipping services are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote at toll-free 1-844-446-2995 or email service@glerups.ca.
